How to Remove Spyware For Free with three Anti-Software

We all know how annoying computer spyware is, but what most people don't know is how to stay away from it for good.

Step 1 ANTIVRUS PROTECTION:

If your computer doesn't currently have an "active" anti-virus software, I highly recommend you to download and install (on STEP 4) Free AVG. To obtain the latest version, please follow the link in the "resources" box. Make sure you select the "free" option.

 

 

 

Step 2 Downloading SuperAntiSpyware:

From the many tests I've performed, I've come to the conclusion that SuperAntiSpyware free-edition seems to be a slightly better option than MalwareBytes at spyware and trojans removal.

While in standby mode, the free version of this software has a minimal memory footprint, this software won't slow down your computer at all, and best of all, It has an extremely easy user interface.

Step 3 Downloading Spybot Search and Destroy:

Spybot S&D is a 100% free antispyware tool. While it doesn't offer an active shield protection, it's on-demand scan mode is great. Advanced users will love how customizable it is.

Proceed to downloading it by clicking on the Spybot S&D link in the resources box.

 

 

 

Step 4 INSTALLATION:

Once you've downloaded all the required software, install them in the following order:

1. Free AVG
2. SuperAntiSpyware Free
3. Spybot S&D - Uncheck "Use system settings protection (TeaTimer)"

 

Step 5 Update and Scan:

After installing all the programs, restart your computer and start tapping the "F8" key to enter Windows' boot menu.

Then the select the "Safe Mode with Networking" option (to safely update the software)

 

 

After loading Windows in safe mode, do the following:

 

Step 6 Start and update SuperAntiSpyware. After updating it, in its main windows, click on "Scan your Computer", then select the "Perform Complete Scan" option and click "next".
Once the scan finishes, click on the "next" button and next again on the following screen. You can now close this program.

 

 

 

Step 7 Start, update and scan with Spybot. In the main windows, click on "Search for Updates", then select a server that is closer to you and press the "continue" button. Download all selected updates. When you have downloaded all the recommended updates, click on the "exit" button. Back to the main screen, click on "check for problems", it will ask you to remove temporary files, click on "yes" and let the scanner do its work. This could take up to 30 minutes depending on many factors.

 

 

 

 

When it finishes scanning, click on the "Fix Selected Problems" button and wait until it displays a confirmation.

 

Step 8 Last but not least, perform a full AVG scan. Double-click on the AVG icon next to the clock located in the taskbar. Click on the "Computer Scanner" button, then click on the "Scan whole computer" option and wait, this could take from several minutes to more than one hour, when it finishes, it will display a results summary.

 

After the initial setup, performing steps 6 through 8 every other week will keep your computer running smooth and clean from viruses and other malware programs.
